Products are subject to a warranty period that starts from the moment of purchase:
- Air sterilizers (Dryers) - 18 months
- Steam sterilizers (Autoclaves) - 12 months
- Medical furniture - 12 months
1. During the warranty period, you can contact our Service Center for consultation, examination and repair of the product. Our specialists will provide highly qualified assistance.
If your sterilizer breaks down during the warranty period, it will be repaired FREE of charge in accordance with the Warranty rules described in the manual.
*Please note that all costs for the delivery of equipment to the Service Center during the warranty period are covered by MIZ-MA!
2. After the warranty period, you can also contact the Service Center for post-warranty repair and maintenance.
The service center is located at our production facility. We also have engineers in all major cities and regional centers of Ukraine (except the occupied territories). Warranty repair and post-warranty service is carried out exclusively on the territory of Ukraine.
