Payment methods in our store
We offer several convenient payment methods - choose the one that suits you best:
1. Payment to the details of an LLC or an individual entrepreneur
After placing an order, our manager will contact you and provide an account or details. You can pay for the order at a bank branch, through a terminal or in the online banking application using IBAN.
2. Cash on delivery (postpayment via Nova Poshta)
Available with prepayment:
• 1000 UAH - for dry-heaters and furniture
• 1500 UAH - for autoclaves
The main part of the amount is paid upon receipt of the order after checking the parcel at the Nova Poshta branch. Additional Nova Poshta commission: 2% of the cash on delivery amount + 20 UAH for transferring funds
3. Payment in installments from PrivatBank (without commissions)
This is an interest-free payment in several stages - the commission is covered by our store. The service is available to PrivatBank cardholders with an active limit. You can use this option when purchasing our products:
Dry heat sterilizers - up to 3 payments
Medical furniture - up to 3 payments
Autoclaves (steam sterilizers) - up to 4 payments
Please note: Kraft packages cannot be paid in installments
4. Instant installments from PrivatBank
This option allows you to divide the payment into a longer period - from 3 to 25 months. The monthly commission is set individually by PrivatBank (Interest rate (of the loan amount, per month) - 1.9%). After confirmation, only the first payment is debited, the rest is automatically debited every month.
How does "Payment by installments" or "Instant installments" work
1. Place an order on the website, choosing the appropriate payment method
2. A manager will contact you, confirm the details and provide a payment link
3. You will receive a message in Privat24 or SMS from the bank
4. Select the number of payments, confirm the payment - and you're done

5. Cooperation with grant programs
We work with grant program participants and can provide all necessary documents for reporting. If you purchase equipment as part of a grant, inform the manager when placing an order, and we will prepare an invoice, delivery note, contract or other documents in accordance with the requirements of the donor program.

How does delivery work?
We deliver our products throughout Ukraine and abroad.
Shipping within Ukraine is carried out by Nova Poshta - to cargo (!) offices or by courier to the address. The cost of delivery is calculated according to the carrier's tariffs. Delivery time is from 1 to 5 business days. Orders are shipped daily on weekdays at 12:00.
International delivery is carried out via Nova Post to most countries of the world. The approximate cost of such delivery can be calculated on the official Nova Post website.
We take care of the reliability and safe transportation of products. We pack each product in a protective wooden frame free of charge to guarantee its integrity during transportation.

Attention!
When you receive the sterilizer, it is important to carry out an inspection for mechanical damage in the presence of Nova Poshta workers before receiving and signing the TTN (Nova Poshta consignment note). If the product is sent in a wooden frame, during inspection it must be removed, the product removed from the box and carefully inspected from all sides.
If mechanical damage is detected, you must draw up a damage report and take photos of the damage.
