HOW TO RETURN THE PRODUCT


The return of the product is made within 14 days from the moment of its purchase


Follow these steps for a successful return:

 

  1. Product packaging: Pack the product in the original box, keeping all accessories and instructions.
  2. Sending the product: Send the sterilizer or other product and provide the TTN number. Please note that you pay for the delivery at your own expense.
  3. Return conditions: The sterilizer is accepted back on the condition that it has not been used during this time, its commercial appearance, films on cassettes, and factory markings have been preserved. Other goods are returned on the condition that they have not been used during this time and that they are in good condition.
  4. Receipt and inspection: After returning the equipment/goods, an inspection is conducted at the MIZ-MA Service Center to ensure that the equipment/goods meet the conditions of the return.
  5. Refunds: If the item passes inspection, we will refund you within 5 business days.
